Akran Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 Is anyone else having issues with the database system? I have lost access to Plesk it just gives me the error "500 Plesk\Exception\Database" and "DB query failed: "SET sql_mode = ''" Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused" I can't log in and on my WordPress install it get the error "This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that contact with the database server at localhost:3306 could not be established. This could mean your host’s database server is down." This makes it seem that the MySQL server is down but I don't see any report of it. Is this just me or is there something broken?
Akran Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 It will also not let me log in at https://heliohost.org/login/. Was I blocked for some reason?

Akran Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 Thanks, just checking and it's working for me as well.
wolstech Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 This guy crashed the database servers: https://helionet.org/index/topic/56331-krydos-suspended-michaelwschmidt/ Krydos suspended him and it's working again.
ketil Posted June 30, 2023 Posted June 30, 2023 Lol... thats funny. He be trying for days just cramming it in there. I'm a little supprised that he made the whole shared resource go down tho. Must have been some red flags around to what he was up to, that could be catched the next time someone tries. Thanks for the clarification.
