I have made payment of $1.00 to move my account from johnny server to tommy server. But after 24 hours it was not moved. So kindly move my account or create a new account in tommy server.

Since you already have an existing account an admin will need to move your account to Tommy for you. This is not an automatic process quite yet so it could take a while. We actually can't "move" accounts since that function was never implemented for Plesk. We just delete your account and reinvite you.

Do you want me to delete your account and reinvite you to Tommy (doing so will also delete all of your data, so back it up first if needed)?
