Renewing account failed

Unfortunately I have not logged in on my account for quite a while, and after trying to renew on helionet.org I receive the following message: 

"This is taking way too long. I recommend contacting support for further assistance."

Can someone please help with restoring my account?

You might have tried renewing it earlier while the server was down, but it has since recovered and the account is now active.
