I have not been able to log into plesk to reconfigure my server. My username is 'jljcksn'. Can you suggest what to do to reconfigure my server. wolstech Posted May 11, 2023 Share Posted May 11, 2023 You cannot sign in because you currently don't have an account. When we wipe an account, we just delete it and invite you again. You need to actually register a second time to finish the process by using the invite email that was sent to you. If you didn't receive the email (I just resent it in case it got lost), please post a different email address here and I'll send it there instead.
