[Solved] Trying to renew account that was suspended after inactivity

Hi,

I was away on family matters for a while and am back now to work on my heliohost account which was suspended in the meantime. When trying to renew I get the message that it is taking too long and to contact support.

Is there anything further I need to do to get my account restored?

This has been happening to users a lot lately it seems. Sometimes it spits out the error but actually renews, other times trying again later works. It's probably load related...
