[Closed] Addon Domain Issues

Thanks a lot to djbob, my parked domain (abhiweb.co.cc) was configured properly. But another problem now!! Since yesterday, none of my domains (main and parked) are working without complete file extension. So, http://abhiweb.heliohost.org and http://abhiweb.co.cc does not work but http://abhiweb.heliohost.org/index.php and http://abhiweb.co.cc/index.php works fine. Please help!

djbob thanks so much for your help...I'm sorry to put you in such trouble but it just doesn't want to work!!This time i added the domain one time,I took the message that it was ok but when I went back it says that "no addon domains are configured"as usual!!

 

What can I do??

1) Do not add the domain until Server Load, available under "Service Status" from the left panel of cPanel, is below 4.

2) Only add it once.

3) Wait 24 hours after adding.

 

Try again now, following those three steps

I am not seeing this issue. Regardless, you must open a new ticket if you have a new issue. This thread is about addon domain problems.

My issue is not an addon domain issue, it's a parked domain issue. So can u help me?

These are some information of mine:

1. Username: leolink

2. Default domain name: leolink.heliohost.org

3. Parked domain name: leolink.net

after I parked my domain, I enter to my domain, and this is what i receive:

Executing in an invalid environment for the supplied user

So what error is it? Can u help me solve it?

You didn't point leolink.net's nameservers to HelioHost. Instead, you created an A record pointing to HelioNet.

 

You need to point the nameservers first.

I'm using everydns (everydns.com) to point leolink.net to my host leolink.heliohost.org

I created a A record to point leolink.net to the IP: 65.19.143.3

This IP is which I received when I ping from my computer to my host leolink.heliohost.org. I thought I'm right. But actually, am I wrong???

So which IP address I must point leolink.net to???

I don't know how to get that IP. Can u show me?

Addon domain name: gameflier.com.cn , gameflier.com

 

There isnt this domain name in the list of "Modify Add-on Domain", however you can see it in the "Create a Subdomain" form.

Please delete the domain "gameflier.com.cn" and "gameflier.com" , so that i can try it again

leolink: you have to go to your registrar and change the nameservers to point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. This question isn't relevant to this thread, so please open a new thread for it.

When i try fantastico de lux, i select the domain "tristann.tk, enter the information, click next, and get this:

Install Joomla 1.5 (2/3)

 

 

The installation can not be completed:

 

- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain ttristan.tk, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Anyways, your addon domain seems fine. Try clearing your cache.

Your page isn't even displaying for me. Are you sure you have your nameservers pointed correctly?
