_allen_ Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Could you please check my add-on domain? main domain: com.heliohost.org add-on domain: www.dakbanwa.com sub-domain: mynegros.com.heliohost.org sub-dir: public_html/mynegros the sub-domain is still in "account queued" after 24 hrs. and the add-on domain is pointing to my root directory, instead to the assigned sub-dir thank you!

jje Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Unfortunately I do not have the power to create an Addon Domain - you have to do it through cPanel. If an error is given, I can erase all records of the domain (which is what I did) which should give you a fresh start on that domain.
