dcalori Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Hi, im sorry to bother, im trying to install concrete5 with plesk and i get this error and tells me to contact my hosting provider: Installation of concrete5 Error: Unable to install the app because its installation requirements are not met. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem. Requirements PHP extension The 'mysql' extension was not found. PHP extension The 'mcrypt' extension was not found. Thank you so much for your help!
wolstech Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 If you're seeing that, you need to switch to an old version of PHP (5.6 or older). Both of those extensions are long obsolete and are not available on anything newer than 5.6. If you're on 5.6 or older and are still seeing this, please let us know which version of PHP it is and they can be added to that version.
dcalori Posted February 24, 2023 Author Posted February 24, 2023 its seems that plesk has an older version of concrete5, so im manually installing a newer one soon. Thank you!!
