I was on Tommy during cpanel but after Plex transfer I am on Jonny.....

This is by design (the accounts didn't all fit on Tommy due to resource limits). You'll be able to move back at some point in the future once that we add additional resources to Tommy.

Also, Johnny is actually faster and has better uptime at the moment anyway, so you're better off on Johnny for the time being.
