stewguy Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 I waited for the reactivation process to finish and it seems to have reactivated it. It took me to a login prompt anyway. This is what the page states when I try to log in: Unable to login with that username and password. Does the password need reset (I may have forgotten it or been entering it incorrectly) or do you think something else may be going on? Thanks, stewguy P. S. wolstech Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 We've had that happen to a few other people as well who restored an archived account...the password doesn't restore correctly and subsequently needs reset before the account works. I've discovered another curiosity - seems the preferred domain on stew.heliohost.org has been somehow reset to "None" and is grayed out - I can't set it back to stew.heliohost.org. My files are all still there but I can only access them through the File Manager or from the Preview that uses the IP Address. Can you set the preferred domain back to stew.heliohost.org? Thanks!
