[Solved] Remote connection to PostgreSQL db

I need to connect PostgreSQL db to a remote application. In connection details I see local IP 127.0.0.1 how can I connect it to the remote app?

Before the Root Admins can enable remote access to your database, they will need the following information:

• Database name and database username
• IP address who will access it (can also be set to allow any)
