lbchanjr
Hi, I'm trying to connect to Plesk - Tommy server and also to my website using my home ISP (Rogers Cable Communications - Canada) but it looks like my IP may be blocked since my connection keeps on timing out. I started experiencing this problem around 2 to 3 days ago. I didn't exceed any log-in attempts nor I haven't changed any of my firewall and network settings so I don't think this has anything to do with my home internet setup. I tried connecting using mobile data (different network service provider) and I'm able to connect to Plesk and my website successfully. I did notice though that there is a notification on Plesk telling me that another user with the same name is logged in to Plesk (see attachment). Appreciate it if you can help me out on this. Thank you. --lbchanjr (Tommy server)
wolstech
Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins...you have a mail client configured incorrectly somewhere.

Update: Found an email account in my macbook I configured back when HelioHost was still using CPanel. This is probably the one causing the failed IMAP login issue. The email account uses a subdomain that does not work anymore in Plesk (I didn't bother to request a CNAME record for this subdomain to be added during the Plesk migration). Anyway, I've removed this email account in my mail client so hopefully, the IMAP login failures will now be gone.
