Motoya Machida Posted August 11, 2022 Posted August 11, 2022 My current automatic payment profile at PayPal is no longer valid. Will PayPal prompt me to update the payment profile before the next payment on August 26? If not, please set up a new automatic payment for VPS63. Thank you.
Krydos Posted August 12, 2022 Posted August 12, 2022 Probably not. What usually happens is PayPal attempts to run the transaction, fails, and we have to send out a late payment notice. To prevent that from happening you can set up a new subscription now with this link https://heliohost.org/vps/pay/?code=1sJF81yzbNBrrc6a Once the new payment is made let us know and I can refund the unused portion of the previous payment.
