[Solved] Account hwalker was marked as inactive

I can't login to SFTP. I've tried literally everything - net2ftp, filezilla, even trying to log in via my phone (not even kidding, there's a client - yes, we live in interesting times). All fails with "authentication failed". I know I'm using the correct account password, which makes me believe I've been suspended or something. Please unsuspend.

It was indeed inactive somehow. The website itself was showing an inactive page as well.
