curelocations Posted January 11, 2010 Share Posted January 11, 2010 it's been reported here: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5172 http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5209 but both threads are now closed, so i'm opening a new one as per djbob request. addon domain: curelocations.co.uk cp account: guitarai problem: after 7 days addon domain still shows 'account queued' page. i can see another username at the ftp username list, but addon domain is still not on the domain list. curelocations Posted January 11, 2010 Author Share Posted January 11, 2010 Could you delete (if necessary) and re-add the domain please? i couldn;t deleted the domain as it's not on the list. i deleted the ftp account related to the domain. unfortunately when i tried to add the domain again i got an error: Error from park wrapper: curelocations.co.uk is already configured.
