It's still happening to me: I don;t use it as my main webhosting server, so usually got the reminder, log in next day or something and after a week still gets the message to re-activate the account as it is suspended now. I don;t use the html site to log in. Could someone help? Many thanks. Greg

I don't use much heliohost these days, but would like to keep the account so some websties. I've received an email saying 'your account will be suspended'. I logged in to the cPanel to avoid it. A few days later I received another email saying that my account has been suspended and I need to click a link to re-active it. What else do I need (besides cP logging in) to do prevent suspension?

All done, I was lucky to see the server load at about 2% and have done it then. I can see the extra addon domain on my CPanel, but for last three days none of the are working. Firefox is trying to connect and the give up after a minute or so. The issue with my main heliohost domain. I've checked a few other heliohost domains and it seems like it's a bigger problem than just mine domains. update: it seems like after a few days all the domains work fine again. thanks!

Hi, There were some issues with my account (guitaraid) recently and I had to re-create it. Now most of the addon domains work fine except one - customlabs.co.uk It doesn't show up on the addon domain lists (it's about 60hrs since I added it) and I can't add it again as it says it's already configured. I still get the 'HelioHost Account Queued' page. Could you help please? Many thanks. Greg

cPanel -> Backup Wizard -> Backup -> Full backup then you choose location (a remote server or home dir) and click Generate backup it makes one big zip file with home dir and other settings. update: it seems like most of my addon domain work fine now except customlabs.co.uk - could you please check it out? i manually added it almost 48 hours ago (not sure if you guys restored it from my backup as well). i olny get 'account queued' page. many thanks

all settings (domains, etc.) are in my backupfiles, but not all the settings are the same. for example old dns zone files had 65.19.141.68 IP everywhere. new IP is different (216.218.192.170). i've created all my addon domains already. just waiting to get them work properly. guitaraid.co.uk is still on another server as i need to back all files up and then create it here (i can;t now as i use different dns servers i guess).

It should but since I've never restored a Full cPanel Backup before I can't say for sure. There's one sure way to find out. And yes I would use the most recent one. byron, it seems like i can only restore either home dir, mysql, or email settings (forwarders and filters). could you please help me to restore everything using my full backup zip file? i think the new cpanel doesn't give me an option to restore everything (also now i cannot back up everything, just above data). the zip file is already uploaded to my homedir (username guitarai, domain guitaraid.heliohost.org). please let me know if you can restore addon domains and subdomains, mysql settings (database, users, passwords, etc) as well as email forwarders and filters from there. it will really help me. i can restore everything else (including public_html dir) by myself as it's not a problem. many thanks edit: ok, i've seen that some IPs in dns have changed since my last backup. i guess it will be safer to restore it manually, but please let me know what you think

Never restored a backup. Shall I just restore the most recent full backup? Will this restore my addon domains, email configurations, etc. as well? Thanks

thanks for your help byron. just created the account. i should have a full backup about 1-2 month old somewhere and all the files i've changed in meantime, so hopefully it all can be restored.

?!?! I usually log in to CPanel every week or two. I got a reminder by email once in a past to log in there, but I remember I was logging in some time in a first week of July (about 5th or something) as I was going away to over two weeks and wanted to avoid account suspension. Could you please check it for me if the account is really deleted?

this is probably the issue. for some reason all my entries disappeared from your dns servers. i also cannot log in to the cpanel for last few days. yes all my domains are with you. at the moment guitaraid is on my old hosting server until all is back and running again. when i check my stats it looks like it stopped working about 23rd of july, then didn't work on the 24th and partially on 25th, then back between 26th and 29th. stopped working on 30th and no luck since then. i hope it helps. any help will be appreciated.

Sorry I was not clear in my first post. All my domains including addons are down. I posted in the thread you gave me a link, but it seems like all DNS entries to my domains (main and addons) are not right. I use OpenDNS and have only a page saying "Hmm, www.customlabs.co.uk isn't loading right now" when I try to connect to any of my websites. Thanks anyway.

Also for most of the time I can't login to the CP. At the moment the main domain is on another server (need a website up and running), but will move it back to heliohost as soon as it will work again. Thanks

Hi. I'm having issues with my heliohost account for a week now. I have a few addon domains and non of them is loading. Also for most of the time I can't log in to the control panel. Is this a problem related to a downtime you had a few days ago? Thanks

i couldn;t deleted the domain as it's not on the list. i deleted the ftp account related to the domain. unfortunately when i tried to add the domain again i got an error: Error from park wrapper: curelocations.co.uk is already configured. Could you please delete it? and then I'll try to add it manually again.

i have the 'account queued' page since i added the domain, which was like 5 days ago. no change after 24, 48 hrs or even 5 days.

i doubt it's PEBKAC as this is a fresh installation via fantastico. will ask on that forum anyway, but usually they can't help unless i downloaded the installation package from their website. i'll try reCaptcha or disable it completely. i blocked guest posting and registration requires an email confirmation, so hopefully i won't get spam. thanks to all for suggestions.

@tigerlihao - sorry - you are right. my mistake, but when i type tigerlihao.com i have 'server not found' page. when i type curelocations.co.uk i have 'account queued' page, so i'm not sure if the problem is the same. it seems like dns entry for yout .com doman is not right. i can't ping tigerlihao.com ,but i can .cn which shows the heliohost ip address. @djbob - mine is still not. would it help if you can remove this addon domain ( curelocations.co.uk ) completely and i'll add it again?

well, of course it is enabled. that's the problem - it is enabled and i can see the preview in the admin panel, but it's not appearing at all on the register page. and obviously you can't register as you can't enter the proper captcha code. my settings are on this screenshot:
