hi djbob, as per your request in my thread ( http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=5209 ) just letting you know i have the same problems as tigerlihao. my addondomain: curelocations.co.uk cp account: guitarai btw. i've checked tigerlihao.com yesterday and it was working (there was a blog in chinese, i think, there) and now it's not again....

it seems like this guy problem is solved (just checked his website), but my addon domain is still not working. could you help please?

hi, just installed a phpbb3 forum using fantastico. all works fine, but a captcha picture doesn't appear on a new user registration page (it appears in admin panel in the captcha settings preview tough). i use default captcha settings. i read some forums and usually it's related to a host, not a forum settings. i only changed a style, but all other setting are standard anyway.

hi, i added addon domain almost 48 hours ago, but still see the page 'account queued' which should disappear after 24 hrs. actually my friend added my addon domain to his account. please find the info from him below: Email within that domain works fine, also i can see the ftp account added for this domain automatically in my CP panel, but it's still not on the list of addon domains my question is: is that normal and i shall just wait or we did something wrong? he added a few addon domains in a past for him and all was fine. his details are: cp panel login: guitarai account: guitaraid.heliohost.org my addon domain: curelocations.co.uk thanks

Yeah, I work there. They have their website in Heliohost already and told me it's great and reliable so I wanted to open my own account here as well. I'll ask them to share me a webspace and will see how it works. Thanks for a swift response!

Hi there guys. I have the same issue - tried to signup, but didn't fill the HelioNet username and chose a wrong type of domain (free tls instead of .heliohost.org) and got a message that the error occured, etc. Amended the details and filled all in properly, but still have this message. Could it be caused because I tried just before with wrong details? or it's a daily sign up limit related? (It's just after 9am Pacific time). Thanks
