cPanle login failure and password reset issue

Good day,

I have been trying to login to my cpanel to administer my site - iconwebtech.com but I cannot login to cpanel and each time I try to reset the password, thinking it was a password issue, I do not get the validation email. Please help so I can login to my cpanel and upload my site. I also got a suspended/renewal notice yesterday and I renewed immediately so why is the cpanel login not working?

Have you ever been able to login to your cpanel and how long ago did you register? You can try this and see if it works:

 

http://iconwebtech.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.php

 

If that doesn't work than you'll have to wait for the administrator and nobody knows when that will be.

Thanks for your effort in attending to this issue and your suggestion. I tried the link with my username and password combination and it did not work. I think the issue may be with my password. If only someone can reset it for me then my problem would be solved. I am confused by your saying

... Where is the admin? Are you not a support admin? Your profile says so anyway and I am relying on you to help me sort this out. Free hosting does not have to be this painful. All the same, cheers and more grease to your elbow in your efforts to make Heliohost better.

I think the issue may be with my password. If only someone can reset it for me then my problem would be solved.

 

Are you entering your username and password in lowercase? As far as resetting your password I can't help you because I don't have access to the server. We've been having problems with new registration for over a month and waiting on the administrator to correct them.

 

Where is the admin? Are you not a support admin?

 

Nobody knows where he is right now. He hasn't been around since late October. He disappears sometimes. And yes I am Support Admin but I don't have access to the server like I stated before. I wish I could be more helpful but I can't. Sorry!

I guess I have to wait on the admin to solve this problem for me. But for something as important as numerous people hosting important sites on a server, I believe one person having exclusive access to that server, however secure the idea might seem, is overkill. I will be putting this issue in my prayers daily for the admin to surface soon and solve people's problems on his server. I will wait.
