gizmo Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 hey guys, I am facing a strange problem. It has been 5/6 days that I have signed up for heliohost. At of today, whenever I type the url "my_site.heliohost.org" it shows the index of stuff. The real problem comes whenever I try to login in cpanel. It says the username/password is incorrect. But how could it be since they sent me an email specifying my username and password. [i am aware that it is case sensitive] I am completely lost.
