hosting ok but cannot log in

hey guys,

I am facing a strange problem. It has been 5/6 days that I have signed up for heliohost. At of today, whenever I type the url "my_site.heliohost.org" it shows the index of stuff. The real problem comes whenever I try to login in cpanel. It says the username/password is incorrect. But how could it be since they sent me an email specifying my username and password. [i am aware that it is case sensitive]

 

I am completely lost. My site is working but alas! couldn't login to my own system.

It's the same problem everybody is having with new accounts. Hopefully the administrator will have it fixed soon.

its already 2 days of posting { nearly 2 weeks of creation of account}. I don't know how long will we have to wait

today i was advised that my account will be suspended

i have never used it, because my password error

No idea when are they going to fix this problem (I hope they are not playing with us ).
