Timothy O'Connor
I purchased a domain name, columbuscelticdancers.com from godaddy.com, 2 weeks ago, set the name servers to ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org. The domain still does not work (get error "Name Server for domain 'www.columbuscelticdancers.com' is unavailable"). Godaddy insists everything is fine on their end. Are your nameservers having problems? Tim O'Connor

Timothy O'Connor
Did you register? Not sure what you mean. Register with Heliost? Of course. I have a website: columbusceltic.heliohost.org. Had it for several weeks. Do I have to do something else, like tell Heliohost that there is a domain pointing to it's nameservers? emcee1
You should add it as a parked domain, in your cpanel.
Timothy O'Connor
You should add it as a parked domain, in your cpanel. Thanks. Now it works! You should add it as a parked domain, in your cpanel. Thanks. Now it works! This is odd. With Internet Explorer, it resolves. With Firefox, I still get "Account Queued" message. I made sure I cleared all caching from both browsers and reopened the browsers.
