MatthewB Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 24 hours ago byron told me If you don't get a reply from him in 24hrs then make a post to him with your domain name and your problem in Customer Service. him being the administrator. he has not replied so here I am. my origional post is here my problem is this: i signed up to heliohost 3 days ago and the website said I would be able to log into cpanel in 24 hours. i get the error login attempt failed every time I try. I have not received an email which I think I should have, and my sub-domain (gazellegaming.heliohost.org) is non existent. if I try to re-sign up with the same domain and user name, the website says that it is already taken. so it must have worked.
