greeneggsandham Posted September 28, 2009 Share Posted September 28, 2009 Hi, I am currently unable to log into cpanel, or my heliohost email address associated with my website; I get the message that the password is incorrect. However, I have the password written down and it has been working fine until just recently. A couple of weeks ago paypal reversed the payment on my domain registration (godaddy), so my domain name was temporarily suspended for a few days while I sorted that out. Then yesterday I discovered that my heliohost account had been suspended due to inactivity, so I clicked on the reactivate link which seemed to work fine. But I can't login. I've followed the link to reset my password, but the reactivation email is not getting through. I don't know whether its being sent to my heliohost email address, in which case that's useless because I can't login to it. My heliohost username is arteluz. Cheers.
