Hi, I am VERY NEW so please no RTFM, I have, and its not there! I have no site software in my software/services section of cpanel. I get the message; "No cPAddons configuration found. Please contact your host and ask that they configure cPAddons." Am I supposed to buy the addons or install them myself? Where are they available from? I'd like to add a small discussion forum or blog to my website. To contact my host and get them configured, do I just post a message in the support forum? Thanks

Ok, I just found that my account was suspended again, no idea why, but when I reactivated it I was able to log into cpanel and change my email address password so all working fine for now.

Hi, I am currently unable to log into cpanel, or my heliohost email address associated with my website; I get the message that the password is incorrect. However, I have the password written down and it has been working fine until just recently. A couple of weeks ago paypal reversed the payment on my domain registration (godaddy), so my domain name was temporarily suspended for a few days while I sorted that out. Then yesterday I discovered that my heliohost account had been suspended due to inactivity, so I clicked on the reactivate link which seemed to work fine. But I can't login. I've followed the link to reset my password, but the reactivation email is not getting through. I don't know whether its being sent to my heliohost email address, in which case that's useless because I can't login to it. My heliohost username is arteluz. Cheers.
