Since I applied for VPS for multiple people at the same time as you,
I think that there are several people in the same situation.

Perhaps Krydos will deal with it, but he's currently crazy about Plesk work.
I've contacted Discord, so please wait for a response.

Please include your VPS main domain "vps●●.heliohost.us" in the comments to ensure support.

Your VPS expires on the 19th which is still 2 days away so that's why you haven't received a reminder yet.

If you want to pay month to month you can upgrade to the Mars plan and renew with this link https://www.heliohost.org/vps/pay/?mem=2&cpu=4&hdd=100&os=ubuntu20&sub=1month

If you want a 10% discount you can pay for 6 months in advance and upgrade to the Mars plan with this link https://www.heliohost.org/vps/pay/?mem=2&cpu=4&hdd=100&os=ubuntu20&sub=6month

Hello there! I did the payment for 6 months on mars. The transaction id is: 1X732445AH880270H. Let me know if there is another action to take in consideration for the upgrade. Thanks a lot!

I see the payment, and you're good for 6 months now.

Since you are upgrading your storage space that means I need to resize the partition. I've never lost data before, but whenever your resize a partition there is a chance that something could go wrong and you could lose everything on the drive. For that reason I always recommend people take a full backup of any files they can't lose before I do the upgrade. Let me know when you're done backing everything up and I'll do the upgrade. It usually only takes about 30 minutes of downtime.

The backup is done! You can start with the upgrade! Thanks a lot Krydos.

The upgrade is done and it looks like your VPS booted up alright. Check it out and make sure everything is working still and all your data is intact.

Hello, everything seems right, but when loading the website that is linked to this VPS I get the following message: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Including the https://vps37.heliohost.us/ website.

It looks like nginx wasn't running for some reason. I ran the command

sudo systemctl start nginx

and everything seems to be working now. You can start processes through the Hestia web ui too I believe.
