I'll be honest and say I'm sorry that I broke one of ToS rules (one user with multiple sites), I do deserve some punishment about it.
OnEnemy Posted July 19, 2021 Posted July 19, 2021 So I did a cross check with accounts we have in the database and I DO see the account and it DOES say Archived. I, however, do not see either the username or email associated to it in the backup database. I will escalate this to Krydos.
Krydos Posted July 20, 2021 Posted July 20, 2021 Only active accounts were added to the backup database. Since his account was archived before cPanel revoked the licenses it wasn't added automatically. I emailed you the link.
