HelioHost Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 The backup drive resize on Cody has finished successfully and our main heliohost.org website is back online. Now that we have the space prepared to hold all the backups Tommy is now processing through all the accounts and backing everything up. When Tommy is finished we will make another news post letting you know how you can download your backup. Since the main website is back online you can now signup for a VPS if you want to have a server ready for when we take Tommy offline to rebuild him with Plesk. Let us know if you have any questions. 3

balloons Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 Tommy is backing up, but it's working normally. There will be no downtime. But there is a possibility of down at the timing of Plesk construction. However, since the backup timing may overlap with the halfway file update timing, If you are concerned about it, it is safer for you to back it up on your own. If you use a custom domain, you can temporarily move it to another server. HelioHost has announced a VPS for that.

Actually when krydos is doing is copying all the accounts to Cody, and when that is done, he will fully wipe Tommy and start over with Plesk and restore the accounts.
balloons Posted July 19, 2021 Posted July 19, 2021 Tommy's load has been reduced. Apparently the backup is complete. However, the next task will be hours later. There should be that announcement.
