I created the account for less than 1 week but my account is suspended because of inactivity. Please help.

I want to move to Ricky from Johnny and I plan to delete the account. However it ask me to login but it say my password is not correct. I try to reset password and the system report error. Finally, my account is suspended.

When you queue your account for deletion it is suspended for inactivity first, and then if you renew your account before it gets deleted it cancels the deletion. If you queue it for deletion and then wait patiently it will delete itself. Depending on the load it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

When I try to delete my account, I get the following message.

 

We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.

 

Is it mean that the delete process is queuing or I need to active the account first?

Are you using the username 'canytam' in all lowercase? If you use uppercase or type your email address into that box it would give that error.
