xwintk Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 I got my mySQL databases all deleted out of nowhere, they appear in cPanel as 0Bytes, backups are blank, they don't show up in phpmyadmin, how can I get a backup of all the stuff?
Seekier Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 I think the only way now is if you downloaded your previous backup to your hard drive then restore it, otherwise you'll have to start a fresh. Having said that, the admin could take a look deeper to see if there is something they can do to help.
xwintk Posted June 9, 2021 Author Posted June 9, 2021 Yeah thats what I need, a root admin to give me a backup of the database. I mean, servers do take regular backups after all, right?
Seekier Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 I mean, servers do take regular backups after all, right?Nop, except you manage to enable it somehow using a script code
wolstech Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 Seekier is right here. We don't do backups. That said, I see 5 non-empty databases in your account...
Seekier Posted June 9, 2021 Posted June 9, 2021 You just have to wait for admin to look into it for you, they have the final say. Edited: @Wolstech beat me, I didn't refresh the page before submitting my post. Sorry ╭∩╮ (`-`) ╭∩╮
