I got my mySQL databases all deleted out of nowhere, they appear in cPanel as 0Bytes, backups are blank, they don't show up in phpmyadmin, how can I get a backup of all the stuff?

I think the only way now is if you downloaded your previous backup to your hard drive then restore it, otherwise you'll have to start a fresh.

Having said that, the admin could take a look deeper to see if there is something they can do to help.

Yeah thats what I need, a root admin to give me a backup of the database. I mean, servers do take regular backups after all, right?

Nop, except you manage to enable it somehow using a script code

You just have to wait for admin to look into it for you, they have the final say.
