vnsmes Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 I'm able to change my password via email, but can't login anymore. I've lost my main domain for not renewing it, and maybe that's the reason why I can't login(?). I haven't been using the host for months, but I'm starting a new business and heliohost would be a huge helper (again) now.My new main domain would be agridoceconfeitaria.com Account: vnsmesufMain domain: vnsmes.com (not mine anymore)
Krydos Posted May 25, 2021 Posted May 25, 2021 When you tried to login and reset your password you account wasn't fully reactivated yet. Sometimes when the load is high it can take up to 15 minutes to fully renew, and if you try to login or reset your password before your account is fully active you'll just get an error. I have verified that your account is fully active now so you should be able to login now. This is something I'm going to fix on the new version of the website that I'm working on because you're not the first one to have this issue. I also changed your main domain for you. You'll need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org before it will start working though. 1
vnsmes Posted May 25, 2021 Author Posted May 25, 2021 Thank you Krydos! You just made me love heliohost a bit more
vnsmes Posted May 25, 2021 Author Posted May 25, 2021 Well, while writing the answer above, I hadn't tried to login again. Still unable to do so :/
