There was an option/suggestion to change the password, so I did, but after filling the captcha, and receiving an apparetly valid link likehttps://www.heliohost.org/validate/?v=c6513d56510f87848fb5ad8ff5ac73the process fails when I visit the link.name of the account is : juang1I don't remember which server, sorry. Krydos Posted May 19, 2021 Share Posted May 19, 2021 When you tried to login and reset your password you account wasn't fully reactivated yet. Sometimes when the load is high, which is frequently the case on Johnny, it can take up to 15 minutes to fully renew and if you try to login or reset your password before your account is fully active you'll just get an error. I have verified that your account is fully active now so you should be able to login now. This is something I'm going to fix on the new version of the website that I'm working on because you're not the first one to have this issue.
