I'm really disappointed.

If I was warned before this disaster, I could backup my site (which has only 2 static pages, and a wordpress directory that not working and was going to remove).

I could host it on github pages/vercel. (already hosting an under construction big streaming site with hundreds of pages on them).

On my site...

"If the control panel of a HelioHost-hosted website is not accessed for a period of one month, the account is declared abandoned and is temporarily deactivated.

If you are the webmaster of the site, you can visit the following link to reactivate your account:..."

On renewing page...

Your account can't be renewed because it's already active. To update your last login date you just need to log in to your cPanel. Failure to log in at least once every 30 days results in your account being flagged as inactive.

Well that's odd. It's active in one system and suspended in another. We'll get this fixed for you shortly.

The system does normally notify you of inactivity by email before you get suspended for it, but since the account management system didn't actually mark you inactive (and in fact the login date is current on your account, so you shouldn't be inactive), it never sent the email.

Your account should now be functional again. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Since this shouldn't have happened, I've also pushed your last login date out until the end of the month. Please make sure you log in again before June 30 to avoid suspension.
