I received an e-mail on April 23 warning me that if I didn't log in my account would be closed. AT that time I logged into my cPanel.

I was very surprised to receive an e-mail on April 26 telling me that my account was suspended due to inactivity.

I just tried to renew my account and was furthermore surprised that there is a wait again. When I created my original account, I made a donation to bypass the wait. I wouldn't have expected to have to do this again. After all, I am not creating a new account but just renting my account.

Please let me know if I completely misunderstand the process. Is login into the cPanel not sufficient to prevent account deactivation?

Thanks,

Toby

PS: I just tried to login again and now I can log into cPanel without problem. It looks like my old database and e-mail forwarder are also still in place. Needless to say, I am more confused than ever.
