Set up redirect

Hello everybody!  

I'm new to hosting websites, so I'm not completely sure on how to do everything yet. 

I'm having some trouble with getting my website to go live. My site is pointed to the hosting.
However I talked with the provider of my domain and it seems like the redirect is not set up, and that my website will only be accessible via http:// and not https://
How to I redirect it so that the website will display https:// ? 

Can anybody help me?

That domain is not hosted with us. https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=oleola.com&rec=NS

 

The name servers need to be ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in order for the domain to function.
