[Solved] Please unblock my IP

there was some misconfiguration that my cpanel pass is unknown to me. i can only login using that login to panel button.. I tried logging in with pass of heliohost.org but it blocked my IP.. also.. to access these forums I had to reset my pass as the Pass I set at time of registration wont work here either. please unblock my IP and resolve this issue with my passwords.
