felixxx
username: felixxxserver: Tommydomain: felixfasel.com If I access http://www.felixfasel.com the page informs me about the account being queued, which is why I came asking for help here. What's weird is, that if I access http://felixfasel.com I see the default Apache page, but not the content within my public_html directory. The problem has currently persisted for 5 days, since my account was moved from Ricky to Tommy. I apologize if this is not a queue issue. Thanks P.S. Cache was deleted before posting. wolstech
You need to change your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org at your registrar. As of now, that domain is not hosted with us: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=felixfasel.com&rec=NS
felixxx
Hey Wolstech, thanks for your super quick reply. I'll make the changes, but am still confused why it did work before Ricky went down. I'm certain I haven't touched the NS records for the domain.
wolstech
You were using an unsupported configuration involving an A record to Ricky's shared IP. The shared IP is different for Tommy, and this improper configuration is also why you see two different things for the plain domain and www. The name servers are the supported way of pointing a domain here.
