my account has been suspended.

a. HelioHost username: panier2

b. server: Johnny

c. HelioHost main domain: panier2.heliohost.us

 

could you please resolve my issue.

You're only allowed to have one account. You have 3.

 

The account panier is already active. Do you want me to suspend that one and unsuspend panier2 instead?
