You got blocked because you didn’t enter your cPanel password correctly.

 

Make sure you type it right to avoid it from happening again and if you forget your password, reset it.

I'm log in directly. Not heliohost.org/login page. I'm logging in johnny.heliohost.org:2083 directly.

 

Block reason is this?

That's why you're getting blocked. Using the cPanel login will get you blocked if you log in incorrectly too many times. Also, the cPanel login only accepts your einsch77 username (it will not work with an email address), and cPanel passwords cannot contain spaces, quotes, or your username (if your password has any of these in it, you need to reset it).

 

As for forum signatures, HTML is not allowed.

I am already logging in with username einsch77. Also, I can't login to cPanel with URL einschweizeryt.ga:2083. How do I solve this? When I enter with this cPanel URL (einschweizeryt.ga:2083) it redirects me to the heliohost.org/login page. Can't I figure this out?

That's by design. We don't allow users to log into cpanel using custom domains because our ads don't pay us if we do.

 

Only urls that are in the format something.heliohost.us or something.heliohost.org will work for accessing cpanel.

My main domain is einschweizeryt.ga. But I want to add einschweizeryt.heliohost.us to the Addon Domain setting. But this is not allowed. Heliohost.us, someone else's domain, I'm getting the error. Is this not allowed?
