How can I add a .heliohost.org domain to my site?

I signed up for an account and added a domain I already own, however I've realised it'd be better to have both in case either fails, but now when I try to add the domain under cPanel it fails with "the heliohost.org domain is used by another user". How could I add a new domain to it?

The free domains end in .heliohost.us now, we no longer offer the .org version. As for how to get one, an admin has to add it for you. What is your username and what domain do you want?

While you're here, do I need to request anything for Git access?

Domain added. Give it an hour to start working.

 

Git doesn't really work well on our server because we don't allow SSH access, which is a requirement for many of its features like clone URLs.
