[Solved] Having trouble to change the main domain (For Ashali)

 Same issue with changing domains. I tried changing it just now but it still gives me wrong password error. Could you help me change it instead, please? I want to change my domain to itskara.cyou .

Make sure that you use our nameservers to point it out first to your Domain Register Provider if you haven’t done so yet as I can see that itskara.cyou isn’t available or actively.

Once you are done with that, please let me know and I will manually change it for you!

I've actually done changing them even before cause i thought it was the reason why i couldn't change domain. I'm using namesilo ar the provider for itskara.cyou.

A correct domain will look like: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=heliohost.org&rec=NS

 

You might want to try changing your main domain to that domain and see if it works instead. There's a few weird registrars that are "backwards" (they expect hosts to set up DNS first, when the industry standard is for the registrar to go first). Setting this domain as your main domain will force the registrar to set up if this is the case, after which you change the main domain back and add the alias/addon.

Do you mean changing it my main domain first at the client area? I tried it but it keeps giving me wrong password error. I even change my cpanel password just to make sure it was correct but i still get the wrong password error. I know to change it because I was able to do it last year, even my friend also got the same problem when changing domain name.

I went ahead to manually change your main domain to itskara.cyou , you should start seeing your domain working once 24 hours have passed.

 

I am not entirely sure why the change domain page is always giving you an error after you entered the right password. I saw everyone else was having trouble changing domain on their end even though they’ve entered the right password, trying to change inside cPanel and it still exists. We might have to investigate this on our end to see what’s up with that.

Hello, I'm a Newbie and started some days ago. Heliohost offered me a gratis domain, but unfortunately I altered this name into "lubaum.bwgis.us"  - - my mistake, because its nonsense, its a wrong domain name. How can I go back to the originally offered gratis domain? 

A friend of me tried to change this wrong domain name to "lubaum.heliohost.org" and we wait 48hours, but nothing happend. Can anybody help me?

The main domain script won't work to set the free subdomains. Also, the free subdomains end in .heliohost.us, we no longer offer the .heliohost.org domains for new users. Your domain has been changed to lubaum.heliohost.us and should start working in the next hour or so.
