[Solved] Unable to login

Tried to login all day long today.  Password not recognized.  Changed password.  Tried to login, again with both the old and the new password, to no avail.  Sent an email inquiring if there is a problem with the server.  Did not hear back.  Does anyone experience the same problem I have?  Thanks.

Can you login at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ? Also try using insecure link tommy.heliohost.org:2082 to see if that solves your issue. If the insecure link is working but not the secure link, this probably means that your firewall or your internet connection is blocking port 2083.

 

If you need to reset your password once again, then try using this link at https://heliohost.org/reset/

Reset password again and was able to login.  Original password 15 letters & numbers (password not recognized).  Second password 20 characters, letters numbers and special characters (password not recognized).  Third password 15 characters (letters and numbers), this time recognized.  Not sure why the original 15 characters one was not recognized.  Regarding the 20 characters either too long or your system does not allow special characters. Did not find any instructions on the website regarding password rules.  As of now all seems to be back to normal.  Thank you.

Also keep in mind that the rule is you can only allow to use 15 to 20 characters with uppercase and lowercase. It should also contain numbers, and you may also use any symbols such as $!%#?&@

The 20 character one was too long (max length is 18 if I remember right).

 

Also, passwords cannot contain spaces or quotes.
