I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error when running a .py file.

I'm following the tutorial on how to make a Disord bot on the HelioHost wiki, but every time I put the link into the browser to run the Python file, it gives me a 500 Internal Server error.

Make sure the files have unix line endings.

 

If you made the files on Windows, they won't work unless you use an editor that lets you specify unix style line endings (Notepad++ can do it).

I edited the file straight from the HelioHost File Manager.

Did you make the file permissions 755?
