A S Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 a. aimashb. rickyc. aimash.heliohost.orgI received a "suspended for inactivity" notice. I clicked to reactivate and it said it was OK and I signed into cPanel. A moment later, I received another "suspended for inactivity" notice and my cPanel login was no longer valid.Per the donation I made (tracking ID [HH#131793] https://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=41407 ) my account is supposed to be active until 2022-07-16. If this is related to the upgrades to ricky that you are doing that's fine, but I am a little concerned to get multiple "suspended for inactivity" notices. Thanks
OnEnemy Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 The rebuild has begun and all Ricky accounts are being marked inactive in preparation for archiving and rebuild. Users may receive an email advising them that their account has gone inactive. There is no need to renew your account. If you do, it will go inactive again within an hour. The accounts will soon be archived so the old Ricky server can be decommissioned and the new one can be built.https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/42387-ricky-to-be-upgraded/?do=findComment&comment=183545
wolstech Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Yep, those notices and the forced inactive state is because the server is in the middle of evacuating itself for a rebuild. Considering you're a donor, why are you on Ricky? You're welcome to a Tommy account.
