Warm Greetings, HelioHost friend,

My domain: 7sense.com

Attempted to upload web data via FTP client FileZilla.

Yet failed

On Filezilla...this is what was filled in...as follows :

host: johnny.heliohost.org

FTP Username: niking

password contains : 9! [ as the last 2 digits ]

 port: 1373

So far... still no connection .

Please advise

Thank you kindly

Many blessings

Niki

I have tested SFTP, FTPS, and FTP on Johnny and they all work for me. Also your username, port, and hostname all look good. Since you picked Johnny it might be high load that is causing SFTP connections to fail occasionally. Are you able to connect to SFTP when the load is low? You might also be interested in hosting your nice .com domain on a better server. We recommend Tommy for productions websites. Johnny is just for testing.

EDIT:

Almost forgot to mention that I checked the IP address that you posted from and it's not blocked in the firewall either.

Success x 2...only 1 troubleshoot

1) successfully made the connection finally via FileZilla

by changing the port # to 21

[ instead of 1373 ]

FileZilla stated:
Status: TLS connection established.
Status: Logged in

2)  successfully uploaded  web data
domain name: 7sense.com

[ about 650 MB ]

only 1 troubleshoot  now.

so far 7sense.com...unable to show up on the web

this is what is on the homepage now :

Please don’t spam the forum cause your request will not be helpful to let all of us rush to you quickly. We are the volunteers and are located in different countries plus of course our time zones are slightly different.

It may take longer to get a response and doing so again will make you stuck at the bottom of our todo list.

Anyway, If you uploaded the files in via FileZilla, it may have been uploaded to outside of the public_html sub folder. The files need to be located directly inside that folder in this case.

So try to relocate the files that you just uploaded a while ago and transfer it inside the public_html and then it should be working for you. :)
