I have not logged in for quite some time and got the the message which says my account was archived due to inactivity over 30 days and to make post here. i love using heliohost, so I am requesting my account to be unarchived. Thank you for providing this service!

Is the account valpros yours? That's the account that has that domain on it, and it's active.

 

Please be aware you're not allowed to have two accounts, so valpros needs to be be deleted if you want the other account back.

MY ACCOUNT CPANEL WAS SUSPENDED.

 

THIS IS WHAT I SAW: Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to request that an admin unarchive it.

 

Please kindly re_activate the account..i cant logging to my Cpanel.

If you see an inactive page, please clear your cache. It's not suspended, and you can't get your other account back because you already have an account.
