a. your HelioHost username: psurbey
b. the server: Johnny
c.  main domain: learn4life (not sure as I cannot login to my account)

I was trying to reset my password because for some reason it was invalid. Next thing I know my account was flagged as inactive.

Can I request a move to Tommy server? I was trying to create a moodle website and it kept stalling at 95% and I would have to reset it.

Thanks Paul

Hey Jenova

No I had not donated. I just signed on to a new account yesterday and was just configuring Moodle when everything went haywire. Do I need to donate to change servers?

Well, you cant REQUEST to change servers unless you donated. You can, however get 1 of 2 things:

- Current account reactivated

Or

- sign up again at midnight UTC and get either tommy or ricky (both of which are faster and better than johnny) for free

Note: you can only have one Account active at a time

If you decide to donate, let us know and we will give you a link that makes the sign up process a tad eaiser or have your account moved to tommy along with reactivation

Edit: Also, please be advised that you need to login once every 30 days to bypass deactivation. Logging in at this link is counted: https://heliohost.org/login

Logging in via Cpanel is frowned upon only because it might not be counted against the 30 day login period

It's working now. but it has been acting up, deactivating my account, my login doesn't work and had to reset my password.  I can't install Moodle on my account it stops at 95%. Times out at the end. I don't know why it deactivated my account I just signed up yesterday and it hasn't been 30 days.

Does your server have a virus?

Does your server have a virus?

Hahaha. No, it dosnt. This is surprisingly normal, for the server Johnny anyway.

Everyone is on Johnny. Its a test server for people who want to test their code, WP install or other unstable thing before deployment. With this being said, the server cant handle all the people and all the resource hungry code, so it crashes. Over and over.

Ricky and Tommy are production servers. This type of thing dosnt happen AS OFTEN on these servers as on johnny. Tommy is better than Ricky, which is better than Johnny.

You can refer to my above reposnses, as they relate to Ricky and Tommy.

Thanks for the help. Hopefully things will go smother and I will try to switch over to Tommy.

Merry Christmas

That's a new one. I've heard hundreds if not thousands of people complain about Johnny's performance over the years, but no one has ever accused him of having a virus.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that guy accusing Tommy of having the corona virus. Maybe Tommy had it, and then gave it to Johnny?
