After searching on the forum, It seems like I need to contact Customer Support for the remote access to be enabled first. Below is my config: user: 'hn16289_admin',host: 'johnny.heliohost.org',database: 'hn16289_testDB',password: '*******',port: 5432 Any help would be much appreciated. Best Regards.
