I tried donating so I could move to tommy, but paypal said that the card was declined, however, when I checked my bank account, it took out my$2 that I donated, well, I donated$1 twice I guess. Can you help me?

I don't know, paypal never gave me a transaction id, it just said the payment was declined, and when I loged into my bank account, it showed that the 2 payments were taken out of my account. I'm not sure what the hell is going on, this has never happened before.
