 Hey. Recently got locked from my CPanel due to an ip block.

Unblocked. Make sure your email client has the correct username and password.

IP blocks are usually done when the password is incorrect multiple times. Your average firewall on a server should achive this.

 

Logging into main login page is to prevent being marked as inactive/archived.

That only prevents getting blocked in the firewall for failed cpanel logins. You can still get blocked for SFTP or IMAP or POP3 or SMTP, etc.
