You might be confusing GB with GiB. 1 GB is 1000 MB. 1 GiB is 1024 MiB. cPanel measures diskspace in MB not MiB or GiB. You can see a converter here https://www.google.com/search?q=3000+MB+to+GiB This wikipedia page may also be useful and an interesting read for you https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibibyte

@Krydos the figures we see in Cpanel is not the exact figures we think. I am supposed to have 2gb which is 2000mb but in Cpanel I see 1.95mb, I understand this and so does most users I supposed
